General Terms

Rates:
Monthly Maintenance: $65/hr (1 hr minimum per month)
Urgent Maintenance: Additional $20/hr

Process:
Determine the day(s) for monthly site changes
Send all changes via site workbook [created by TLC] or live meeting with TLC
Expect changes to be made by the midnight of the date of the scheduled maintenance period
